Whole Foods Market Presents the Dallas Observer Iron Fork, a grand tasting event that will take place on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Centennial Hall at Fair Park.
The center stage will feature the Chef Challenge. Aaron Staudenmaier of Lovers Seafood and Market and Eric Dreyer of Fearing’s Restaurant will receive a basket of ingredients provided by Whole Foods Market and will go head to head for the prestigious Iron Fork award. During the event, attendees will enjoy the chef challenge, tastings from local restaurants, alongside wine, beer and cocktail samplings.
