Good Day Chow Hounds,
The West 7th area is growing at warp speed! New retail and restaurants are spreading faster than rabbits running from coyotes!
The Fort Worth dining scene is quickly becoming one of the biggest and best in the good ole USA! Last month, we found out that we are going to be having a new burger joint HOP into town that goes by the name Hopdoddy in the new LeftBank Development off 7th Street!
Hododdy is an Austin, Texas-based chain. A group of guys spared no expenses on this new burger idea. They’re always coming up with refreshing and different creative ideas with everything they do. Belly on up to the bar and have a drink or discuss some serious business while waiting for your delicious burger.
According to an article in QSR Magazine: “The core of the Hopdoddy menu is its premium burgers,
which include options like the Terlingua, with Angus beef, chile con carne, corn fritos, and “Sassy Sauce”; the K-Town Belly, with grass-fed beef, braised pork belly, kimchi, house-made gochujang, Korean rice crispies, mayo, and basil leaves; and the Thunderbird, with chicken, Pepper Jack, apple-smoked bacon, avocado, seared poblanos, pico de gallo, and chipotle mayo. There are also salads and milkshakes, as well as sides like Truffle Fries, Chile Con Queso, and Harvest Quinoa. The bar, meanwhile, includes several craft beers on tap—including local options—and signature cocktails.”
Fort Worth is so excited to have the new Hopdoddy Burger Chain and we can’t wait to have the Trey’s Chow Down crew eating some delicious burgers!
Be on the lookout for more Hopdoddy real soon!
