Last week, I made an incredible discovery at Miriam Cocina Latina in Coppell, Texas. It fills my heart with joy to meet passionate chefs who genuinely desire to be creative and use their heritage as a springboard to success.
As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by Chef Miriam’s warm smile, her infectious laughter, and the delicious aromas wafting through the dining room, thick enough to be cut with a knife. I knew I was going to adore Chef Miriam’s vibrant Latin and Mexican fusion cuisine.
Chef Miriam radiates charm and warmth, complemented by her professional expertise and a keen eye for detail. She celebrates the rich flavors of Mexico while sharing and infusing the culinary heritage of her native Dominican Republic.
As we sat down to enjoy her uniquely different dishes, I couldn’t help but marvel at how fresh and flavorful the cuisine was. All I could think about was wanting MORE, because every bite was loaded with deliciousness and MORE is all I wanted. Miriam shared with us, in a heartfelt manner, “Opening Miriam Cocina Latina has been the most thrilling and fulfilling journey of my life.” Food lovers will find vibrant dishes, exotic flavors, and imaginative craft cocktails in a welcoming atmosphere with friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Discovering Miriam Cocina Latina was an unforgettable experience that I assure you will be just as memorable for you. I highly recommend visiting one of her two locations: the Coppell location at Cypress Waters or the Dallas location at Klyde Warren Park. You’re going to fall in love with her, the staff, and the uniquely different Latin and Mexican cuisine. Don’t forget to try some of her craft cocktails–thank me later!
